摘要:
目的:探讨晚孕期孕妇口服益生菌制剂对新生儿肠道菌群及脐血IL-4、IFN-γ水平的影响。方法:选择2016年2月至2017年8月期间在我院接受择期剖宫产的产妇80例,回顾分析其病历资料,依据治疗方式分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组未口服益生菌制剂,观察组口服益生菌制剂,分娩后,取新生儿粪便做肠道菌群检查,并取新生儿脐带血清样本,测定其IFN-γ、IL-4指标。结果:观察组新生儿肠道菌群变化与对照组比较,无统计学意义。观察组脐血IFN-γ与对照组比较,无统计学意义; 观察组新生儿脐血IL-4水平(72.56±8.25)ng·L-1,低于对照组的(91.15±10.26)ng·L-1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕晚期阶段,孕妇口服益生菌制剂,在肠道菌群不受明显影响的基础上,可加强新生儿免疫力,降低过敏性疾病发病率。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of oral probiotics on the intestinal flora and umbilical cord blood IL-4 and IFN-gamma levels in pregnant women. Methods: 80 cases of parturients undergoing elective cesarean section in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected, and their medical records were reviewed and analyzed. According to the methods of treatment, 40 cases(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)were divided into observation group. The control group did not take oral probiotics, the observation group took oral probiotics, after childbirth, take the feces of the newborn to do intestinal flora examination, and take the newborn umbilical cord serum samples, and determine the IFN-gamma and IL-4 index. Results: There was no significant difference in the intestinal flora between the observation group and the control group. The IFN-gamma in the umbilical cord blood of the observation group was no significant difference from the control group. The level of IL-4 in the umbilical cord blood of the observation group was(72.56±8.25)ng·L-1, which was lower than that of the control group(91.15 ± 10.26)ng·L-1, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: in the stage of the late pregnancy, the oral probiotics, on the basis of the intestinal flora, can strengthen the newborn immunity and reduce the incidence of allergic diseases.
