摘要:
目的:检测茶油是否能减轻紫外线(UV)照射造成皮肤损伤。方法:以小鼠为研究对象建立UV损伤模型,通过皮肤外用茶油,采用HE和胶原纤维染色的方法确定其是否减轻小鼠皮肤在UV照射后的损伤,同时采用荧光定量PCR方法检测小鼠表皮炎症细胞因子基因的表达。结果:茶油可以减轻小鼠皮肤在UV照射后的损伤,增加胶原纤维的生成,并且可以降低小鼠皮肤促炎性细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β、MCP-1的基因表达水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:茶油可以作为防止UV照射的防护用品的候选材料。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore if Camellia oil can alleviate the skin damage caused by UV irradiation.Methods: The mouse model of UV injury was established.Camellia oil was applied to the skin, and HE and collagen staining were used to determine whether it could alleviate the damage of the mouse skin after UV irradiation.The effect of Camellia oil on the expression of inflammatory cytokines in skin of mice after UV irradiation was detected using fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results: Camellia oil alleviated the damage of mice skin after UV irradiation, increased the production of collagen fibers, and significantly reduced the gene expression levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β, MCP-1 in mouse skin(P<0.01).Conclusions: Camellia oil can be used as a candidate material to prevent UV irradiation.
