摘要:
2型糖尿病作为一种病因尚未明确的慢性疾病,严重危害我国乃至世界人民的健康和生活质量。近几十年来我国多次大型流行病学调查均表明该病的患病率增长迅速,且发病存在低龄化的趋势,多地区、多民族间的调查也发现2型糖尿病在不同地区和不同民族间存在一定差异。由于2型糖尿病尚无根治的疗法,故饮食、体育锻炼等生活行为方式干预逐渐成为预防和控制2型糖尿病的重点。
Abstract:
As a chronic disease with unknown etiology, Type 2 diabetes endangers the health and quality of life of people in China and even the world.In recent decades, many large-scale epidemiological surveys in China have shown that the prevalence of the disease has increased rapidly, and the incidence of the disease tends to happen to younger people, multi-regional and multi-ethnic surveys have also found that type 2 diabetes has differences in different regions and different ethnics.Because there is no cure for type 2 diabetes, diet, physical exercise and other lifestyle interventions have become the focus of prevention and control of type 2 diabetes.
