摘要:
电子支气管镜检查在对肺部疾病的诊疗中起着越来越重要的作用。其中,支气管肺泡灌洗术是支气管镜检的重要手段之一。支气管肺泡灌洗不仅能为肺部疾病的诊断提供相关的细胞学、酶学、免疫学及病原学培养等依据,还能对肺内的痰液、坏死物和渗出物进行清除,同时给予局部的抗炎、抗渗出、调节免疫和补充活性物质等治疗,可以提高肺部疾病的治疗效果。因此,随着支气管肺泡灌洗技术和实验方法的不断进步和规范化,其将在肺部疾病的诊断和治疗中发挥更大的价值。
Abstract:
Electronic bronchoscopy plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases.Bronchoalveolar lavage is one of the important means of bronchoscopy.Bronchoalveolar lavage can not only provide relevant cytology, enzymology, immunology and pathogen culture for the diagnosis of lung diseases, but also clear the sputum, necrosis and exudate in the lungs.Local anti-inflammatory, anti-exudation, immune regulation and supplementation of active substances can improve the treatment of lung diseases.Therefore, with the continuous advancement and standardization of bronchoalveolar lavage techniques and experimental methods, it will play a greater role in the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases.
