摘要:
齐墩果酸(Oleanolic acid, OA)是一种五环三萜类化合物,临床上,OA常作为急慢性肝炎的辅助治疗药物。大量的研究表明,OA具有抗氧化、保肝护肝、降血压、降血糖、抗肿瘤和抗动脉粥样硬化等作用。心脑血管疾病是一种年龄相关性疾病,是致死的最主要原因。本文综述了OA抗高血压、抗动脉粥样硬化的作用和机制,以及对血管、心脏和脑部组织的保护作用,为齐墩果酸防治心脑血管疾病的研发提供依据。
Abstract:
Oleanolic acid(OA),a kind of pentacyclic triterpene compound, is often used as an adjuvant therapeutic agent for acute and chronic hepatitis. A large number of studies have shown that OA has the effects of anti-oxidation, liver and liver protection, hypoglycemia, anti-hypertension, anti-tumor and anti-atherosclerosis. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases disease is an age-related disease and the leading cause of death. This article reviews the effects and mechanisms of OA against hypertension and atherosclerosis, as well as its protective effects on blood vessels, heart and brain tissues. Provide the basis for the research and development of oleanolic acid in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
