目的:为赣州市突发传染病的预防和控制提供一定的理论指导。方法:整理江西省和赣州市卫生健康委员会官方网站以及赣州市各区县官方媒体公布的严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2, SARS-CoV-2)流行和防控相关的资料,绘制流行趋势图和传播网络图,分析两者与江西省防控举措之间的可能联系。结果:截至2020年2月26日,赣州市共报告SARS-CoV-2感染确诊病例76例,其中48例(63.2%)为外省返乡人员,7例(9.2%)有返乡人员接触史,21例(27.6%)未公布明确的病源信息。赣州市内的SARS-CoV-2传播以家庭聚集性为主,兼具共同旅行史,跨区县传播现象不明显。结论:赣州市的防控措施有效地抑制了SARS-CoV-2的暴发流行,但仍需增强有暴露史家庭成员的防护意识,降低其相互传染的风险。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide some guidance for the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases in Ganzhou. Methods: Epidemiological information of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) that reported by the Health Commission of Jiangxi Province and the governments of Ganzhou City were collected, and the correlation of the epidemiological trends, the transmission network and the prevention and control measures were analyzed. Results: Up to February 26, 2020, a total of 76 confirmed cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection were reported in Ganzhou City, of which 48 (63.2%) were returned from outside Jiangxi Province, seven (9.2%) had contact history with these returnees, and 21 (27.6%) were without exact epidemiological information. The transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in Ganzhou City was dominated by family clusters and a shared travel history, and the transmission across districts and counties was not obvious. Conclusions: Although the epidemic of SARS-CoV-2 had been effectively suppressed by the prevention and control measures of Ganzhou government, the protection awareness of family members with a history of exposure has to be enhanced to reduce the risk of mutual infection.
