摘要:
目的:探讨2019年儿童新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎临床表现和流行病学特征。方法:回顾性分析赣南地区2020年1月至2月收治经确诊的6例儿童新冠肺炎患者(男3例,女3例),对其临床资料、流行病学史、影像表现进行分析。结果:赣南地区的儿童新型冠状病毒感染肺炎胸部CT特征性表现为磨玻璃影改变,且病灶范围小,较局限,临床表现不典型,甚至无症状,与儿童冬季其他肺炎难以鉴别。结论:新型冠状病毒感染儿童的临床表现是非特异性的,并且比成人轻。胸部CT扫描有助于早期诊断。儿童的感染主要是由家庭集群暴发和外来病例引起的,且家庭日常预防是预防新型冠状病毒感染的主要方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations and epidemiological characteristics of pneumonia infected with COVID-2019 in children. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 6 children with COVID-2019 (3 males and 3 females) who were diagnosed from January to February 2020 in Gannan region was performed. The clinical data, epidemiological history, and Imaging findings were analyzed. Results: Chest CT images of children with COVID2019 were characterized by groundglass changes. And the lesions were small and limited, and the clinical manifestations were atypical and even asymptomatic, which was difficult to distinguish from other pneumonia in children in winter. Conclusions: The clinical manifestations of children with COVID-2019 were nonspecific and lighter than adults. A CT scan of the chest helps early diagnosis. Children’s infections are mainly caused by family cluster outbreaks and foreign cases, and daily prevention at home is the main method to prevent the infection of COVID-2019.
