摘要:
目的:研究防水记号笔标记测量肢体围度方法的信度。方法:2018年8月30日至9月7日,正常年轻人24名。采用区组随机抽样确定24个受试者测试的是左腿(A号)还是右腿(B号),同时用同样方法确定首先进行测量的治疗师。由首先进行测量的治疗师使用防水记号笔定位测量平面,2名治疗师在此测量平面上采用软尺分别测量受试者内踝上10 cm小腿围度,其中一位治疗师在7 d后重复测量1次。两治疗师第一次测量结果用于计算组间信度,同一治疗师第一次和第二次结果用于计算组内信度。结果:组内信度ICC[3,1]为0.956(95%CI:0.901~0.981),P<0.01,测量标准误差为0.311 cm,最小可检测变化为0.862 cm; 组间信度ICC[2,1]为0.977(95%CI:0.941~0.991),P<0.01,测量标准误差为0.207 cm,最小可检测变化为0.574 cm。结论:软尺结合防水记号笔测量正常人小腿围度有优秀的信度,但要推广至其他部位及其他人群尚需进一步研究,同时将来应着重于其效度研究,为临床推广使用提供基础。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the reliability of the method of measuring limb circumference with waterproof marker. Methods: Twenty-four normal young people were chosen from 30th August,2018 to 7th, September,2018. A random sampling of 24 subjects was used to determine whether they were testing the left leg(no. A)or the right leg(no. B), and the therapist who took the measurement first was determined using the same method. The therapist who made the measurement first positioned the measurement plane with a waterproof marker, and the two therapists used a soft ruler on the measurement plane to measure the calf circumference 10 cm above the subject's medial malleolus respectively. One of the therapists repeated the measurement once after 7days. The first measurement of the two therapists was used to calculate the interrater reliability, and the first and second results of the same therapist were used to calculate the intrarater reliability. Results: Intrarater reliability ICC[3,1] in the group was 0.956(95%CI:0.901-0.981), P<0.01, the Standard Error of Measurement was 0.311 cm, and the Minimum Detectable Change(MDC95%CI)was 0.862 cm. Interrater reliability ICC[2,1] was 0.977(95%CI:0.941-0.991), P<0.01, the Standard Error of Measurement was 0.207 cm, and the Minimum Detectable Change(MDC95%CI)was 0.574 cm. Conclusions: There is an excellent reliability in measuring calf circumference of normal people with soft ruler combined with waterproof marker. At the same time, we should focus on its validity research in the future to provide a basis for clinical application.
