摘要:
目的:通过评价大学生性与生殖健康公选课的教学效果, 对高校开展性与生殖健康教育进行探索。方法:自行设计健康信念模式(Health Belief Model, HBM)的“大学生性与生殖健康问卷”,采用秩和检验、χ2检验、t检验,对大一学生开展问卷调查。结果:干预组学生对性与生殖健康知识的掌握有显著提高; 在避孕措施知晓率方面,除避孕套避孕的知晓率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他避孕措施知晓率均为干预组高于对照组(P<0.05),干预组对避孕套避孕的信任度高于对照组; 自我效能、严重性认知、障碍性认知方面两组得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),易感性认知、效益性认知方面干预组得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大学生的性与生殖健康知识较为薄弱,安全的性行为、健康的生理卫生观念还不够强,但经过教学干预可提高大学生对性与生殖健康的正确认识,学校应积极开展性与生殖健康相关方面的工作,提高大学生的性与生殖健康意识。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the sexual and reproductive health education in colleges by evaluating the effect of the elective courses about sexual and reproductive health for college students. Methods: Self-designed Students' Sexual and Reproductive Health Questionnaire of the Health Belief Model(HBM)was used to investigate freshman students. Rank test, chi square test, t-test were applied to analyze the data. Results: Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health among the students was significantly improved in the intervention group. There was no difference on contraceptive awareness rate of condoms between two groups(P>0.05). The awareness of other contraceptive measures of intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The trust of condom contraception of intervention group was higher than that of the control group. There was no difference in self-efficacy, severity cognition and impaired cognition between two groups(P>0.05). Intervention group scored higher in susceptibility cognition and benefit cognition than control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: College students lack sexual and reproductive knowledge, safe sexual behavior and healthy sexual attitudes. However, college students' sexual and reproductive health consciousness can be improved by education. Colleges should actively carry out sexual and reproductive health-related work to improve college students' awareness of sexual and reproductive health.
