摘要:
阴道膈及阴道闭锁是罕见的人类与哺乳动物雌性生殖系统疾病,其具体形成机制尚未探明,仍然存在争议。本文结合国内外相关研究文献报道,针对实验小鼠阴道膈及阴道闭锁的胚胎发生学、解剖学、遗传学和分子机制进行综述,并对后续研究进行展望,以期为妇产科学、实验动物学、兽医学等科技工作者们提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Vaginal septum and atresia are rare diseases in mammals' reproductive system. It is hardly to reach a consensus on the formation mechanism due to the lack of systematic review on the limited article about these two defects. In this paper, the researching method, trend and the progress of the vaginal septum and atresia in mouse was briefly reviewed, with the hope to provide references for laboratory animals, medicine and veterinary researchers.
