摘要:
医学人文课程是医学教育教学中不可或缺的重要组成部分。本文尝试将叙事医学训练融入教学当中,构建内容体系、方法设计和效果评价,探讨叙事技巧、方法与文本等的有效教学,着力加强学生对医患主体性的自我认知,并以此提升其叙事、观察与反省能力,同时强化学生在医学实践中对疾病、痛苦和死亡的感受、认知与理解,进而对传统医学教育中单一知识型训练的有益补充。
Abstract:
Medical humanities course is an indispensable part of medical education.This paper attempts to integrate narrative medical training into teaching, construct content system, method design and effect evaluation, discuss effective teaching of narrative skills, methods and texts, etc. and strengthen students' self-cognition of doctor-patient subjectivity, to improve their ability of narration, observation and introspection. Simultaneously, students' feeling, cognition and understanding of disease, pain and death in medical practice can be strengthened. It will be a beneficial supplement to the single knowledge-type training in traditional medical education.
