摘要:
目的:探讨3D打印肺模型在胸外科临床实习教学中的可行性及有效性。方法:运用3D打印技术打印3D肺模型,真实再现肺部三维立体结构,为胸外科临床教学提供直观的教学模型,并对比采用3D肺模型教学组与传统教学组在临床教学效果中的差异。结果:3D肺模型教学组实习生对肺部解剖结构的掌握水平显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05),并且3D肺模型教学组实习生对教学的满意度显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印肺模型能够提高实习生对肺部解剖结构的理解和掌握,提高教学效果,增加学生兴趣和对教学的满意度,具有良好的应用前景,值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of three-dimensional(3D)lung model applied in thoracic surgery clinical teaching for intern doctors. Methods: 3D lung models were made using three-dimensional printing technology based on 64-mutidetector spiral CT imaging data. Then, these models were applied in thoracic surgery clinical teaching in our hospital. Intern doctors were randomly divided into 3D lung model group who were taught with 3D lung model and the control group those who were taught in traditional way. The difference of examination and teaching effect score between the two groups were compared. Results: The examination and teaching effect score in 3D lung model group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Using 3D lung model in thoracic surgery clinical teaching can improve the intern doctors to master the 3D anatomical structure of lung, increase the interest for study and achieve good teaching results. It has a good application prospect and is worth promoting.
